This happened last night in the middle of the night! I am a light sleeper so I always have a fan running at night in my bedroom. My husband started to get up around 3:00 or so and must have bumped me. I woke up and lifted my head slightly to see what was going on. When I opened my eyes I got a surprise!
There on my bed,running across about where my knees were, was a ghost cat! I saw it plain as day. I let out a yip and my husband who was still sitting on the edge of the bed asked what was wrong. I said: "There is a darn cat on the bed!" He said: "What?" Again, I said: "There is a darn cat on the bed!" "Are the cats in their pens?" He replied "Yes, and went to the bathroom.
The cat was whitish and see through. I didn't feel it run across the bed, but it did give me a start when I saw it! My daughter's cat will run and play with what we jokingly say is her "imaginary friend". I guess I won't be saying it as a joke any more!
